Oversee the completion of all construction in accordance with the architect's drawings, specifications, and prevailing building codes, and monitors compliance with building and safety codes.
Produce, submit, and track bid packages and change orders for owners and sub-contractors.
Provide effective compilation of current costs for materials and subcontractors, using the most current project management software.
Produce Warranty Books for clients to be presented at the end of project.
